Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship Canada-wide and prioritize reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and package weight.

Our shipping costs include both carrier fees and sustainable packaging materials to ensure your order arrives safely and with care.
Delivery Times
Orders typically arrive within 3–9 business days, depending on your province.
Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. We’re working hard on expanding to the U.S. soon — join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@evolutioncollective.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Failed Delivery
- Re-Delivery Attempts: In certain situations, we may be able to arrange re-delivery with our courier. Depending on the policies and availability.
- Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability to receive the package), additional re-delivery fees may apply.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and you are available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
