Refund policy

At Evolution Collective, we want you to love every piece you receive.
Each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully quality-checked before it leaves our hands. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 


 

Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or scents

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify the size of your item, email us at info@theevolutioncollective.com before your order has been fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellations:
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

 


 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our team at info@evolutioncollective.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to review and approve return requests.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

For Canadian orders, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We’re a small brand and appreciate your understanding as we grow toward offering complimentary returns in the future.

 


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@theevolutioncollective.com.

 


 

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and make it right as quickly as possible.
