When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We ship Canada-wide.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $200 CAD qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada.
Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $5 CAD.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we’re focused on serving our Canadian customers.
We’re working hard to expand to the U.S. and beyond soon — join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we do.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please reach out to us at info@evolutioncollective.ca within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@evolutioncollective.ca with your order number and tracking details.
We’ll work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
